Kistefos har i dag solgt alle sine aksjer, 57 %, i tomteutviklingsselskapene Bergmoen AS og Gardermoen Forum AS til et nyopprettet selskap for 392 millioner kroner, hvorav 187 millioner kroner betales kontant og det resterende i aksjer i det nyopprettede selskapet. Kistefos vil eie 30 % av kjøperselskapet og være den største enkeltaksjonæren. Kjøperselskapet har gjennomført en emisjon på 375 millioner kroner gjennom Clarkson Platou Real Estate AS.
Den regnskapsmessige gevinsten for Kistefos konsernet vil være 220 millioner kroner og salget frigjør rundt 210 millioner kroner i kontanter.

Kistefos sells its shares in Bergmoen AS and Gardermoen Forum AS
Kistefos has today sold all its shares, 57%, in the land development companies Bergmoen As and Gardermoen Forum AS to a newly established company for a consideration of NOK 392 million, of which NOK 187 million is paid in cash and the rest is paid with shares in the new company. Kistefos will own 30% of the purchasing company and be the largest shareholder. The purchasing company has completed a share issue of NOK 375 million through Clarkson Platou Real Estate AS.
Kistefos will realize a gain from the transaction of NOK 220 million and the liquidity effect for Kistefos will be around NOK 210 million.
