Henriette Gjefle joined Kistefos in 2024. Prior to her role at Kistefos, Ms. Gjefle spent 2.5 years in Reiten & Co, actively managing investments in both private and publicly traded companies. The investment role included sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, as well as working collaboratively with portfolio companies to enhance their performance and financial outcomes. Before Reiten & Co, Ms. Gjefle spent 2.5 years as a transaction advisor at PwC Deals. In this role, she provided financial due diligence services for M&A transactions and advised clients in various industries, including industrials and private equity firms, on a range of transaction matters.
Ms. Gjefle holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a major in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
